Where does it go in my routine? Morning: after Daily Dose Multivitamin Body Serum, before SPF. Night: after showering, alone or layered over Retinol Reboot Exfoliating Body Treatment.

How much do I need? About half a teaspoon per limb or body area.

How often should I use it? Once or twice daily—peptides work best with consistent use.

Where should I apply it? Suitable for all areas of the body, especially where skin feels dry, lined, or less firm.

What else?

Use alongside Retinol Reboot Exfoliating Body Treatment (3 nights per week) and Daily Dose Multivitamin Body Serum (every morning) for targeted results.
