DIRECTIONS & WARNINGS

Add 2 scoops (30 g) to 300 ml of water, milk, or your preferred base and mix well. Suitable for smoothies, shakes, oats, or yoghurt. Store below 30°C. Do not use if seal is broken. Not suitable as a sole source of nutrition. Always use alongside a balanced diet and exercise program.
