Directions: As a food supplement take two Sleep Support capsules daily approximately 2 hours before bed time. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Sleep Patches:
Before applying the patch we recommend a few sleep health basics.

Don’t wait until you’re too exhausted before going to bed.
Try leaving your phone off in another room.
Pick up a (real) book. No Telly.
Apply the sleep patches 15 minutes before the above.
Apply one sleep patch to each temple and leave them on until morning.
After applying, massage the patch for a minute or two to further release the herbs.
