Return Policy

The Skincare Edit's 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

At The Skincare Edit, we are dedicated to providing you with expert beauty advice and a straightforward returns policy. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’ll make it right.

Any unopened product within 28 days of purchase with proof of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

If you’ve opened or used a product and are not completely satisfied, you may return it within 28 days for a gift card with proof of purchase.

Gifts with Purchase: Any gift with purchase or promotional items must also be returned to complete your return. If they are not returned, we will issue a gift card or exchange only.

Terms and Conditions

  • Proof of Return Postage: Keep your tracking number when returning items. We are only responsible for your return once it reaches our warehouse. Items lost in transit cannot be refunded or exchanged.
  • Exclusions: Gift cards/e-gift cards, samples, and gifts with purchase are non-returnable. If an exchange is made for a product of lesser value, the remaining amount will be refunded onto a gift card.
  • Warranty for Electrical Devices: Electrical device warranties align with the respective brand's policies. Visit the brand's website for specific warranty details.
  • Delivery Charges: Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Cash payments cannot be refunded. But a gift card can be issued. 

Refund Process

We’ll refund your payment using the original payment method as soon as possible.  Refunds may take up to 2-7 working days to appear in your account. In compliance with our commitment to fraud prevention:

  • We may contact you regarding any suspicious returns activity.
  • We reserve the right to deactivate accounts found to engage in fraudulent activity.
