With skin being our largest organ and a complex one that is multi faceted, we need to consider all six elements in balance when reviewing our skin, not forgetting hormones which have a huge impact at certain times of our lives.

When considering a skincare regime we look at four key elements in balance that support skin health.

Depending on your skin type and condition the balance of your skin routine will change. For example dry and sensitives skin will focus more on Protection and Restoring. Oily and congested skins will focus more on Activating and Accelerating. With each skin different our philosophy is to target your area of concern and your own unique skin.
