A natural, food-state pregnancy formula with naturally occurring folate and a broad spectrum of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants to support you from preconception through pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Rather than relying on isolated synthetic nutrients, Ross J. Barr incorporates key vitamins and minerals into food sources including citrus pulp, yellow pea and carrot concentrate. This gives you a more natural approach to prenatal nutrition, with nutrients presented in forms that work more like those found in food.
The formula includes 15 vitamins, 10 minerals and a wide antioxidant profile, including natural folate, iron, vitamin D3, B vitamins and zinc, all in just two capsules a day, with no added sugars, colourings, flavourings or preservatives.
For omega-3 DHA, pair it with the Ross J. Barr DHA/EPA Formula.
BENEFITS
- Natural, food-state pregnancy nutrition rather than a standard synthetic prenatal
- Naturally occurring folate supports maternal tissue growth during pregnancy
- Broad vitamin and mineral support including iron, vitamin D3, B vitamins and zinc
- Two capsules a day from preconception through pregnancy and breastfeeding

Why Food State Supplements?
Food State supplements enable everyone to obtain supplemental nutrients in the same form as in food.
As they are not isolated chemicals but food state nutrients, these are complexed food structures (from plants) that the body will recognise as properly digestible foods and use them accordingly.
As a result, there is no need to worry about toxicity or side effects, and the RDA for Food State supplements doesn’t need to be as high as synthetic supplements because the absorption rate is far superior.
