WHAT IT IS:
One of the nine forms of vitamin K. MK-4 can stop and reverse bone loss and has been shown to reduce fractures by more than 80%.

WHY WE USE IT:
MK4 is integral to gene expression and activation. It helps to increase testosterone in men and reduce excess testosterone in women. MK-4 also helps with preventing unwanted calcium in tissues.

CAN BE FOUND IN:
Certain animal products like raw milk and cheese, egg yolks, fermented foods and dark meat such as chicken legs and thighs. We source our Vitamin K2 MK-4 from fermented chickpeas.
