A food-state sleep supplement for the nights you're tired but your body won't switch off.
The main ingredient is KSM-66, a clinically studied, root-only ashwagandha extract. Alongside it are food-state magnesium and vitamins B6 and B12, which all contribute to normal functioning of the nervous system. Magnesium also supports normal muscle function. There are no fillers, preservatives, colourings or flavourings.
This is not a sleeping tablet. It's two capsules in the evening to support your body's natural sleep processes.
BENEFITS
- KSM-66 ashwagandha, a clinically studied root-only extract, to support sleep quality
- Magnesium and vitamin B6 support normal functioning of the nervous system

YOU'LL LOVE THIS IF
You struggle to properly switch off at night and want something to support sleep rather than knock you out. Take it as part of your evening routine, on its own or with the Sleep Patches.

Why Food State Supplements?
Food State supplements enable everyone to obtain supplemental nutrients in the same form as in food.
As they are not isolated chemicals but food state nutrients, these are complexed food structures (from plants) that the body will recognise as properly digestible foods and use them accordingly.
As a result, there is no need to worry about toxicity or side effects, and the RDA for Food State supplements doesn’t need to be as high as synthetic supplements because the absorption rate is far superior.
